We are looking for a Director, Global Marketing, Cosmetics. To meet this challenge a confirmed experience in marketing make-up development is essential. Your level of English is excellent.
As a director you will lead all cross-functional teams on all projects internally, and the multiple creative partners externally, to deliver strong and innovative launch pipelines, along with effective and high-quality go-to-market programs.
You will effectively leverage experience, knowledge and skills to encourage innovative thinking and set challenging team goals and objectives balancing brand, company and team needs.
You will work directly with the VP, the license, creative agencies, managing the relationship with each counter-part and the approval process regarding communication campaigns, packaging design and product development.
You will manage a team of 3 products managers.
Graduate from a business school or equivalent, you have from 8 to 10 + years of experience in marketing development within a make-up brand in the luxury industry or within an indie brand.
A prestige / luxury brand experience and/or collaborative experience with a fashion house would be a plus.
You are passionate about cosmetics. You have keen ability to conceptualize new products, analyze competitive activity, and formulate recommendations to grow business.
Your English is bilingual. French is not mandatory.
