Product Manager Make-Up – Barcelone

Evereden teams-up with Puig to find a Make-Up Product Manager to join the Beauty Marketing Team of a feminine fashion brand in their Headquarter in Barcelona.

Your role will be to develop the Make-Up fast-growing axis in terms of product, wording and packaging.

Reporting to the Make-Up Marketing Manager you will take part to the development of the on-going and future Make-Up products formulation and design.

_ Identify and share the make-up product innovations + consumers & market trends and competition.

_ Recommend and brief new product concepts – NPD – and assortments to support the attractiveness and the growth of a bold Make-Up category.

_ Drive each stage of the product development and the marketing mix with the internal and external teams with moodboards ideation, concepts, formulations, texture recommendations, sensoriality, colors..

_ Co-creation of the packaging development (mock-up, artwork..) and wording (naming, claim, descriptions..) with external agencies.

You have at least 2 – 3 years of experience in Marketing Development with a strong interest in Make-Up innovations.
