What is your role?
– Define strong, innovative and targeted global influence & PR strategies
– Identify brand relevant targets in media, influencers, digital communities
– Develop/create breakthrough tools and assets to drive coverage – experiential activations, content creation, partnerships and collaborations
– Implement outreach strategies, manage and execute campaigns across multiple platforms
– Identify new social media opportunities to amplify brand objectives
– Develop and manage 360 communication calendars to maximise effort across paid, owned and earned media
– Collaborate internally with Brand Marketing teams to facilitate content ingestion
– Build and maintain strategic relationships/partnerships with Fashion Houses, agencies, agents, influencers and media
– Develop and curate collaborations with celebrities and influencers
– Design processes and guidelines to assure local roll out plans
– Oversee day-to-day budget management
– Continually communicate and evaluate progress
What are the skills and experiences we are looking for?
– 15 years of experience building and scaling brand marketing communications programs
– Existing relationships with senior contacts within beauty/entertainment/consumer media
– Experience in a branded luxury business
– Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
– Out-of-the-box thinking in approaching new and innovative ways of executing
– Active learner who is willing to experiment new ideas and technologies
– A 360° profile and international experience
English & French are mandatory
